What data we collect

When you request an appointment, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email (if you provide it), your preferred day and time of day, and any message you write. When you send smile photos, we collect the photos, what you select, your text and your contact details. We also record which page or channel you came from and the date of the request, so that we can understand what works. We count clicks on the WhatsApp buttons anonymously, without identifying you.

What we use it for

To reply to you, confirm and remind you of appointments, evaluate your case and look after your care. Health-related data, such as smile photos, is used only for this purpose.

Who we share it with

No one for marketing purposes. For your care, we use the practice's scheduling system (Clinicorp) and WhatsApp. The map and Instagram posts shown on this website are provided by Google and Meta, which may record technical data about your visit under their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data and photos for as long as they are needed for your care and for the clinic's legal obligations. You can ask for deletion at any time, within those obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and stop receiving messages at any time, simply by letting us know on the WhatsApp number above.
